Clarksville, Ark. --- The University of the Ozarks' Theatre Department will present the play, Three Viewings, at 7:30 p.m., Feb. 17, 18 and 19, in the Black Box Theatre of the Walton Fine Arts Center.

Written by Jeffrey Hatcher, Three Viewings consists of three bittersweet monologues set in a mortuary. “Tell Tale” is a gentle story of unrequited love. “The Thief of Tears” features a snappy woman who earns her living by stealing jewelry off corpses. “In “Thirteen Things About Ed Carpolotti,” a widow sorts out the financial and social complexities of her late husband’s business. Each solo actor, played by U of O students Al Berry, Kristina Davenport and Lacey Kennedy, directly addresses the audience and each monologue lasts approximately 30 minutes. Filled with humor and pathos, Three Viewings is a unique and lively theatre experience. Dr. Pat Farmer is the director of the production, Bruce B. Brown is the scenic and lighting designer, Diana Farrow is the costume designer and Rose Southwell is the stage manager. Other crew members include Garrett Kilgore, India Judd, Dane Sanders, Annie Mitchell, Ryan Ramsey, Leah Short, Danielle Stover, Jamey Pritchett, Ashley Broomfield, Meiko Sagor and Michael Greenlee. Tickets for the play are $5 each and can be purchased at the night of the performance. Seating is limited for each performance.
