Application Process

1. Fill out the application.

We review completed applications on a rolling basis. Once we’ve received a completed file, we typically notify applicants of the admission decision within two weeks.

We take a holistic approach when evaluating every applicant, looking at courses and grades, GPA, ACT or SAT test scores, and volunteer or service activities in your school or the community.

More importantly, our admission staff will work with you to ensure that Ozarks is the best place to enhance who you are and build the future you want. Feel free to contact us with further questions.

2-1. Send your transcripts.

We require official high school transcripts for all freshman applicants, whether you apply through standard admission or test-optional.

  • Official transcripts: Ask your school to send them directly through an electronic service.
  • Unofficial transcripts: Email them to admission@ozarks.edu.
2-2. Send your supporting docs.

Submit the required supporting documents based on whether you are applying with test scores or choosing test-optional admission.

Standard Admission – ACT/SAT Test results

  • ACT – school code 0120
  • SAT – school code 6111

Test optional Admission – Send all materials to admission@ozarks.edu

  • Academic Writing Sample / Essay
  • Interview with a Member of the Admission Committee
  • Resume or Student Profile
3. Visit Campus.

Schedule a campus visit to get a first-hand feel of what’s it like to be an Eagle. Explore campus, talk to current students, coaches & possibly a professor!

  • Financial Aid & Admissions Session: Get personalized answers about scholarship opportunities, application steps, and financial aid.
  • Connect with Faculty & Coaches: Meet one-on-one with professors in your major or athletic coaches.
