Aramark is the catering provider for University of the Ozarks. Conference Services encourages guests to use Aramark for their catering needs. Exemptions can be made upon request, but must be approved by the Director of Conference Services and the Aramark Catering Coordinator. The use of the catering kitchen by external catering companies will not be permitted.
