Textbooks and Course Materials
University of the Ozarks has a new partner for textbooks and course materials, eCampus. As students register for classes, orders are automatically placed and course materials are packaged and ready for pickup at the start of each semester.
Students can logon and track their eCampus account using their Ozarks username and password.
At the close of each semester, students return the rented material.
How to keep your textbooks with eCampus:
- Login to your eCampus account at ozarks.ecampus.com
- Select Manage My Rentals/Returns on the header
- Purchase or Extend Rental
- Drop down menu next to each title select Purchase (price is shown)
- Continue for billing and payment information
Graduation
The University of the Ozarks Bookstore coordinates all graduation cap and gown orders. During the semester before graduation, students will receive information about ordering graduation regalia, class rings, announcements, and other graduation items.
Cap and Gown: The University of the Ozarks covers the cost of each graduate’s cap and gown. Students may also choose optional add-ons, such as a custom graduation stole, souvenir tassel, or keychain, at an additional cost.
Stoles:
Institutional and international stoles are available for purchase through the cap and gown order form. The stoles will be available for pickup from the bookstore prior to the commencement ceremony.
Pickup: All ordered items will be shipped to the University of the Ozarks Bookstore and will be available for pickup before graduation.
Class Rings: We have a display case in the store you can view rings and a size guide if you don’t know which size to order. Stop by at your convenience. These are ordered online or by calling Balfour at 1.800.433.0296.
Steaming Services: Steamers will be available in the Bookstore during graduation week for students who need to remove wrinkles from their gowns.
Commencement Guidelines: Out of respect of families, friends and guests, please do not purchase or use cowbells or other noisemakers during the commencement ceremony.
Campus Mail Services
The Ozarks Mail Services, located in at the Ozarks Bookstore, is the hub for Ozarks Community distribution and pick up of incoming/outgoing mail. The services give the opportunity for the students to send and receive mail without having to leave campus.

Where do I find my mailbox # and combination?
Check in with the Bookstore manager, Talen Woodard, to gain access to your mailbox. You can email Talen at ozbookstore@ozarks.edu or plan to meet with her in person to receive your mailbox # and combination.
Where are the mailboxes?
Mailboxes are located in Ozarks Bookstore, on the bottom floor of the Robson Library next to Campus Perks.
What is my address?
[Student Name] 415 N College Ave Clarksville AR 72830 (needs to be the name that the student is registered under U of O. (Ex. My Sweet Pea, My Baby Boy, are not correct mailing names)
What will fit in my mailbox?
General sized mail, magazines, mail that can fold if larger than general mail.
What happens when I receive a large package?
Your package will be scanned in and a notification will be sent to you informing you that it’s available for pickup.
How do I send mail from campus?
Bring your mail to the Ozarks Bookstore, the mail will be metered and you will be told how much is owed. After payment, label is then created and sent. (Postage cannot be charged to student account or paid for before label is created. Postage is cash only).
What happens if I do not pickup my mail?
All mail that is left in box 5 days after end of term will be shredded or recycled. Large packages will be returned to sender.
