Textbooks
The University has a new partner for textbooks and course materials, eCampus. As students register for classes, orders are automatically placed and course materials are packaged and ready for pickup at the start of each semester.
Students can logon and track their eCampus account using their Ozarks username and password.
At the close of each semester, students return the rented material.
How to keep your textbooks with eCampus:
- Login to your eCampus account at ozarks.ecampus.com
- Select Manage My Rentals/Returns on the header
- Purchase or Extend Rental
- Drop down menu next to each title select Purchase (price is shown)
- Continue for billing and payment information
Graduation
The campus will pay for your cap and gown, but we need you to enter your height and weight in the order form by February 27. You will be given options for add-ons that you can pay for: custom stole or souvenir tassels/key chain. These will ship to the store for pick up on May 1. We will have steamers available for use the week of graduation in the store.
Stoles
Stoles can be purchased through the cap and gown order form for $20. International stoles can be purchased for $30.
Class Rings
We have a display case in the store you can view rings and a size guide if you don’t know which size to order. Stop by at your convenience. These are ordered online or by calling Balfour at 1.800.433.0296.
Campus Mail Services
The Ozarks Mail Services is the hub for Ozarks Community distribution and pick up of incoming/outgoing mail. The services give the opportunity for the students to send and receive mail without having to leave campus.

Where are the mailboxes?
Mailboxes are located in Ozarks Bookstore, bottom floor of the Robson Library next to Campus Perks.
What is my address?
[Student Name] [Box #] 415 N College Ave Clarksville AR 72830 (needs to be the name that the student is registered under U of O. (Ex. My Sweet Pea, My Baby Boy, are not correct mailing names)
What will fit in my mailbox?
General sized mail, magazines, mail that can fold if larger than general mail.
What happens when I receive a large package?
Your package will be scan in and a notification will be sent to you informing you that its available for pickup.
How do I send mail from campus?
Bring your mail to the Ozarks Bookstore, the mail will be metered and you will be told how much is owed. After payment, label is then created and sent. (Postage cannot be charged to student account, paid for before label is created).
What happens if I do not pickup my mail?
All mail that is left in box 5 days after end of term will be shredded or recycled. Large packages will be returned to sender.
