Daniel Fudge

Assistant Professor of Political Science

Daniel Fudge

Dr. Daniel Fudge is an Assistant Professor of Political Science specializing in American Politics. He teaches courses on American political institutions, such as Congress, the American Presidency, the Federal Bureaucracy, and the Supreme Court – as well as courses in campaigns and elections, public policy, research methods, and state/local politics. He completed his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Mississippi in 2019 and is proud to teach and be back in the Natural State where he grew up.

Dr. Fudge strives to make politics “real” to students as he is working on several opportunities to bring public officials to the Ozarks campus to engage and discuss the innerworkings of government to the campus community. Through the research methods course, he plans to work with students on their own individual projects with a view to presenting them at political science conferences in the future.
