Clarksville, Ark.-UT-Dallas' Caitlin Perdue scored the game-winning goal in the 61st minute as the Lady Comets picked up a 1-0 victory over the Lady Eagles on Saturday.
It was the first loss for the Lady Eagles (2-1-4, 1-1-1) this season. The Comets (3-3-2, 2-0-1) had 17 shots in the match, with 12 of those coming in the second half. Ozarks was held to just two shots.
Lori Langman had eight saves for Ozarks.
Ozarks will travel to Pineville, Louisiana, to face Louisiana College on September 27, and then go to Clinton, Mississippi, to face Mississippi College for a match against the Choctaws on September 29.
