Clarksville, Ark. --- The music ensembles of the University of the Ozarks, under the direction of Dr. Mikael Lindstr?m, will present their annual Service of Lessons and Carols at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, in Raymond Munger Memorial Chapel on the Ozarks campus.

There will be a repeat performance at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 5, in Munger Chapel. The public is invited to attend either service, and there is no charge for admission. The Clarksville High School Choir, under the direction of Ryan Fox, will also perform at the services. The traditional service combines familiar carols, the telling of the story of Jesus’ birth through scripture readings, and musical selections performed by the University Chorus and select ensembles. The music selections include Ave Maria by Biebl, In the Bleak Midwinter by Holst, In dulci jubilo by Praetorious, Away in a Manger by Wilcox, Magnificat by Pergolesi, and I Saw Three Ships arranged by Wilberg.
