Clarksville, Ark. --- University of the Ozarks will welcome high school guidance counselors from Northwest Arkansas and university admission officers from throughout the region on Thursday, Sept. 10, as the university hosts the Arkansas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers Articulation Workshop.
The annual regional workshop brings together representatives from colleges and universities throughout Arkansas and surrounding states to present high school counselors with information about new programs and opportunities at their various institutions.
University of the Ozarks President Dr. Rick Niece will provide opening remarks and Jana Hart, dean of admission and financial aid at Ozarks, will provide a segment on financial aid. The chairman of the Articulation Workshop this year is Randy Skaggs of the University of Arkansas Community College-Batesville.
