U of O students present Senior Art Show Dec. 9-17

Clarksville, Ark. ---University of the Ozarks students Jamie Johnson and Maria Jose Garcia will showcase an exhibit of their artwork at a Senior Art Show, scheduled for Dec. 9-17 in the Stephens Art Gallery, located in the Walton Fine Arts Center on the Ozarks campus.

The exhibit, titled “Natural Vision,” will include various mediums, including watercolors, prints, drawings and sculptures. Johnson is an art major from Lamar, and Garcia is an art and business administration major from El Salvador. Both women will graduate from Ozarks this December. There will be a Reception to Meet the Artists from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 11, in the Stephens Gallery. The public is invited to the reception as well as to view the exhibit, which is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is no admission cost.
