Clarksville, Ark.-Texas Lutheran University scored a pair of goals in each half to upend the Lady Eagles 4-0 in American Southwest Conference play Thursday afternoon.
Texas Lutheran (4-5-2, 2-3-2) opened the match with a goal in the 5th minute and then added another in the 21st minute to take a 2-0 halftime edge. The Lady Bulldogs scored in the 62nd and the 87th minute to secure the match. Heather Dryden got off a couple of quality shots, but neither were converted into goals. Texas Lutheran produced a 23-6 shots advantage. Dryden ended the match with four shots, two of which were on goal. Lori Langman had two shots.
Morgan O’Neil had nine saves in goal for Ozarks (3-11-0, 2-6-0).
Ozarks will host Schreiner University October 17 in their next match.
