Tennis Team Plays In ASC Tournament

Clarksville, Ark.-The University of the Ozarks men's and women's tennis teams traveled to Abilene, Texas, to play in the American Southwest Conference individual championships over the weekend at Hardin-Simmons University and Abilene Christian University.

In flight two of men’s doubles, Brandon Carlson and Brett Spahn defeated Schreiner University’s duo, 8-1. In flight four of women’s singles, Chelsea Glasscock defeated Schreiner’s Brady Phillips. Glasscock then defeated LeTourneau’s April McCamey.

The women will travel to Conway to face Hendrix College September 22. Both the men and women will play in the Arkansas Tech Invitational September 26-27.
