SIFE, PBL participate in American Enterprise Week

Clarksville, Ark. --- University of the Ozarks? chapters of Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) and Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) recently took part in American Enterprise Week.

As part of the event, Johnson County Judge Mike Jacobs (seated) signed a proclamation declaring the week Nov. 14-18 as American Enterprise Week in Clarksville with members of the University’s SIFE and PBL organizations.  The organizations also sponsored a tour of the Mountain Valley Spring Water Company in Hot Springs, Ark., in recognition of American Enterprise Week. SIFE’s purpose is to establish and direct student-generated free market economic education programs on the U of O campus and within the community. PBL is the national association of students interested in business.
