Clarksville, Ark.-U of O sophomore defender Ryan Pierson was named American Southwest Conference East Division Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in the Eagles' two conference victories last week.
Pierson, a 5-9, 160-pound native of Allen, Texas, limited both high scoring forwards from East Texas Baptist and LeTourneau to zero shots in Ozarks’ wins which gave the Eagles the No. 2 East seed in the ASC Men’s Soccer Tournament.
