The Department of Education announced a further delay to release batches of FAFSA information (ISIRs) to schools until the first half of March.

President Dunsworth receives honor from alma mater

University of the Ozarks President Richard L. Dunsworth, J.D., has been selected as one of 14 graduates who will receive the Outstanding Graduate Alumni Award for 2014 from Eastern Illinois University.

The award recognizes "exemplary achievements of alumni who hold graduate degrees" from EIU. Dunsworth, who earned a master of science degree in education from EIU in 1994, and the other honorees will be recognized during a campus-wide ceremony in the spring.

Dunsworth became the 25th president of U of O in June. He previously served as interim president and vice president of enrollment at Millikin University in Illinois.
