Clarksville, Ark.-More than 90 University of the Ozarks student-athletes from ten sports were honored for their excellence in the classroom and on the playing fields at a special lunch April 15.
The event took place in conjunction with the NCAA’s Division III Student-Athlete Week. The students were treated to a presentation by Academic All-America baseball player Robby Finnell. Finnell, a 2008 Ozarks graduate, spoke about his experiences at Ozarks and the role of academics and athletics in a collegiate setting.
