Clarksville, Ark.-University of the Ozarks senior midfielder Olivia Fisher was named to the D3Kicks.com Team of the Week, it was announced by D3Kicks.com co-founder Matt Wolin.
Fisher, a 5-foot-9 native of Mountain Home, Ark., helped the Lady Eagles to a pair of ties to open the 2007 season. Fisher played defensive center mid for 240:00 minutes and limited the players she marked to three shots during that span. Fisher help shut down Texas College in two overtimes, as Ozarks did not give up a single shot in either of the overtime periods.
Fisher was an All-ASC player in goal last season, but has moved in the field in 2007. She is a graduate of Mountain Home High School where she was named the team Most Valuable Player.
Fisher and the Lady Eagles will host University of Dallas on September 8 at 1:00 p.m.
