Abilene, Texas-No. 7 Hardin-Simmons University built a 4-0 halftime lead to fuel a 5-0 win over the Lady Eagles in American Southwest Conference play Friday.
Hardin-Simmons (3-0-1, 1-0-0 ASC) took 34 shots in the first half, while the Lady Eagles (0-6-0, 0-1-0 ASC) did not attempt a shot. The Cowgirls scored in the second minute and sixth minute to pace their offensive attack.
Mary Eoff accounted for 21 saves in the match. Hardin-Simmons totaled 50 shots.
Ozarks will travel to Brownwood, Texas, to face Howard Payne University tomorrow.
