No. 15 Lady Wildcats Drill 21 Three-Pointers In Win

Clarksville, Ark.-No. 15 Louisiana College hit 16 first half three-pointers en route to a 111-50 win over the University of the Ozarks women Thursday night in American Southwest Conference play.

The Lady Wildcats (20-1, 15-0 ASC) hit 16-of-25 (64%) from the three-point line in the first half and shot 54 percent from the field to hold a 69-31 lead at intermission.

Louisiana College kept up its fast and furious pace in the second half and limited Ozarks to 19 second half points.

Chelsea Glasscock led Ozarks with 12 points and hit four three-pointers.

Ozarks will host Mississippi College February 9. The game has been designated as “Senior Day” with Jordyn Ferrell and Chelsea Glasscock being honored following the women’s contest.
