The Department of Education announced a further delay to release batches of FAFSA information (ISIRs) to schools until the first half of March.

Mississippi College Hands Ozarks Loss

Clarksville, Ark.-The Lady Eagles fell 3-0 to Mississippi College in American Southwest Conference play on Saturday afternoon at Hurie Field.

The Lady Choctaws (10-1-0, 5-0-0) jumped out to a 2-0 halftime lead and would score one more goal to finish the match with a shut out. The Lady Eagles (3-6-0, 1-4-0) came out firing in the second half, equaling the Lady Choctaws second half shot total with 8. Ozarks, however, was unable to convert on those shots and ended the match with eleven shots. Junior forward Lindy Swatzell led the squad with seven shots, including five on goal. Freshman goalkeeper Sarah Stratton had nine saves in the match. Ozarks travels to Marshall, Texas, to face East Texas Baptist on Oct. 3 and Longview, Texas, to face LeTourneau on October 4.
