Clarksville, Ark.-Senior cross country runner Michael Sparkes (Baytown, TX) finished fourth in the men's 8K race at the Lyon College Invitational on September 27.
Sparkes ran a 29:23, making it the second time this year he has ran under the 30-minute mark. Sophomore Aaron Sanders (Clarksville, AR) finished tenth with a time of 33:09. The Eagles and Lady Eagles will travel to Hot Springs to run in the Lake Hamilton Invitational on October 12.
