Richardson, Texas-The U of O men?s soccer team ended regular season play after posting a 0-0 tie against Texas-Dallas Saturday in conference road action.
Ozarks (7-6-5, 2-2-4 ASC) played well enough to win the match, couldn’t get one in the back of the net through 110 minutes of back-and-forth play. Ozarks had four shots in the first and second half, while Texas-Dallas posted three shots in the first overtime and two more in the second overtime.
Ozarks forced Texas-Dallas goalkeeper Steven Nicknish to make three saves. Austin Benner had five saves in goal for Ozarks.
The ASC office will release the official bracket for the playoffs tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m.
