Clarksville, Ark.-The men's cross country team won the Hendrix College Orange Crush 8K meet September 20 in Conway.
The squad defeated five other teams in the meet with a score of 30 points. U of O placed six runners in the top sixteen of the men’s college division with senior Zach Boatwright placing sixth overall with a time of 30:16. Junior Tim Servis finished behind Boatwright with a time of 30:31. Sophomore Jacob Sibley recorded a time of 32:35. Clarksville’s Josh Patterson and Aaron Sanders finished with times of 32:17 and 34:01, respectively. "This was a great team run for us," said head coach Jon Janssen. "We pack ran well throughout the meet and that’s what we’ve been stressing for the past two weeks."
