Pineville, La.-The Lady Eagles committed 36 turnovers and lost 108-62 to Louisiana College Saturday in American Southwest Conference play.
Ozarks (8-9, 5-7 ASC) had trouble keeping up with Louisiana College’s fast-paced offense as the Lady Wildcats (16-1, 11-0 ASC) led by 25 points with five minutes left in the first half. At intermission, Ozarks had committed 27 turnovers and trailed 61-27.
In the second half, Louisiana College’s lead swelled to more than 40 points with five minutes remaining.
Jordyn Ferrell and Tamara Wilkett each had 12 points to lead Ozarks.
Ozarks will host Rust College January 23.
