Tina Lemons has been promoted to business manager and will oversee the operations and management of the University of the Ozarks Bookstore, effective Aug. 10.
She will also continue to manage Pressed Ink, the University-owned screen printing and embroidery business in downtown Clarksville.
In addition, Alexis Satterfield has been promoted from screen-printing technician to printshop coordinator and will assist Lemons with the oversight of Pressed Ink and supervision of student workers.
Lemons and Satterfield both previously worked in the embroidery business at Forrester-Davis Development Center’s M.A.C. Industries. They were hired to lead the operations for Pressed Ink after the University purchased the screen-printing and embroidery equipment from M.A.C. Industries in 2021.
“Being a part of Pressed Ink in the startup has been wonderful and I look forward to this next step and being more engaged with the campus community and the Ozarks Bookstore,” Lemons said.
The Ozarks Bookstore is located on the first floor of Robson Library, adjacent to Campus Perks. The store is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. To visit the Ozarks Bookstore online, go to www.eaglesgear.net
