Clarksville, Ark.-The Lady Eagles (3-11-0, 3-6-0) were unable to overcome a 0-1 halftime deficit in their loss to Mississippi College.
The Lady Choctaws (11-3-1, 5-2-1) used an early goal to shut out the Lady Eagles for a final score of 1-0. Lindy Swatzell (Westwood, KS) and Lisa Hilton (Red Oak, TX) each had three shots in the match. The Lady Eagles out shot Mississippi College 11 to 9. Ozarks will travel to Marshall, Texas to play East Texas Baptist on October 25 in ASC action. The Lady Eagles will look to avenge a 1-2 overtime loss to East Texas Baptist on October 11. Following their trip to Marshall, Ozarks will play LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas on October 26.
