Clarksville, Ark.-The Lady Eagles held UT-Tyler scoreless through the first half, but the Patriots rebounded and scored three second half goals to earn a 3-0 win in American Southwest Conference play Saturday.
Ozarks had one shot in the first half, but couldn’t get it past goalkeeper Sam Fraser. The Patriots (12-4-0, 10-2-0) had eight shots and three corner kicks. The Patriots eventually put enough pressure on Ozarks to net a goal in the 52nd minute. Lori Langman kept the match at 1-0 with a great save on Alina Kilkkenny-DeAvila’s shot in the 55th minute. UT-Tyler added security goals within 13 seconds of each other later in the match.
Langman had six saves.
The Lady Eagles end the season with a 5-12-0 overall record and a 4-9-0 mark in the ASC.
