Clarksville, Ark.-The Lady Eagles ended their season with a 84-62 setback against East Texas Baptist University on Saturday in American Southwest Conference play.
Ozarks (1-24, 1-19) struggled from the field in the first half, shooting only 20 percent, and had a difficult time recovering from a 39-20 halftime deficit. The Lady Eagles opened the second half with a 20-13 run to make it 52-40 with 12:52 remaining. Ozarks couldn’t get any closer as East Texas Baptist (8-16, 7-13) hit half of their shots from the field in the second half.
Erica Eneks led the team with 19 points and 9 rebounds. Sara Shaw added 10 points.
Eneks won the regular season scoring title with 510 points (20.4 ppg). Olivia Fisher won the league’s regular season rebounding title after grabbing 233 boards this season (9.3 rpg).
