Lady Eagles Defeat Hendrix, Play In Arkansas Tech Invitational

Clarksville, Ark.-The women's tennis team defeated Hendrix College 5-4 September 24 in Clarksville in non-conference play.

Both the men and women traveled to Russellville to play in the Arkansas Tech University Slam Tournament held over the weekend.
    
Against Hendrix College September 24, Lauren Jardieu, Brittany Hein, Rosemary Dedman, Jennifer Fretwell and Lindsey Hanna all posted wins in singles play. In doubles action, Dedman and Fretwell teamed up for a 8-5 win.

The women will host Arkansas Tech University Oct 3 at 3:30 p.m. Both the men and women will travel to Pine Bluff to take on NCAA I University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff on October 17.
