Clarksville, Ark.-Jessalyn Halsted scored two first half goals in route to a 2-1 victory over Concordia-Austin in American Southwest Conference play in Austin, Texas, on Saturday.
Halsted scored in the 16th minute and added another in the 38th minute to give Ozarks a 2-0 cushion at halftime. Amanda Bohon received the assist on the second goal. The Lady Eagles have won two of their last four matches. Ozarks totaled seven shots in the match. Jessica Falls had three saves. Ozarks will host Texas Lutheran University on October 28 and Schreiner University on October 29 to wrap-up the season.
