Clarksville, Ark.-Mississippi College hit all six of their free throws with under two minutes to play to pull out a 68-60 win over the Lady Eagles Thursday night in American Southwest Conference play.

Ozarks (5-14, 3-11 ASC) held a 50-49 lead after Savannah Carter drilled a three-pointer with 10:56 left in the game, but Mississippi College (15-5, 10-5 ASC) answered with a 13-4 run over the next six minutes to build a 62-54 advantage. The Lady Eagles then scored on a Lacey Phillips jumper, a Chelsea Glasscock layup and an April Young jumper to pull within 62-60. But the Lady Choctaws sank 6-of-6 from the free throw line in the final 1:41 of the game to secure the win. Ozarks wouldn’t score again after Young’s basket.

Ozarks kept the game close in the first half behind its seven three-pointers, three of which came with less than four minutes to play. Mississippi College held a 31-29 halftime lead.
