Keane, Mouer Named All-Conference

Clarksville, Ark.-Men?s soccer players Shaun Keane and Matt Mouer were named to the American Southwest Conference All-Conference Team after a vote of the league?s head coaches.

Keane, a sophomore defender, and Mouer, a senior goalkeeper, earned All-ASC Honorable Mention status.

Keane, a 5-11, 150-pound native of Rockwall, Texas, started in 12 matches serving as the leader of the Eagles’ defensive unit. Aside from his defensive prowess, Keane finished tied for the team-lead in goals (3). He recorded one assist to finish with seven points. He also took 14 shots and posted one game-winning goal during the season. He was named All-Conference last season.

Mouer, a 5-foot-8, 150-pound native of Greenville, Texas, started in 12 matches for Ozarks and posted a 1.95 goals against average in 1016 minutes of play. Mouer had one shutout and was the team’s only senior. He played stronger as the season progressed and finished with 51 saves. He made the ASC All-Academic Team this year.
