Clarksville, Ark.-Marcus Aldaba scored the game-winning goal in the 102nd minute to push the Eagles past LeTourneau University 2-1 Saturday in American Southwest Conference play.

Aldaba’s goal wasn’t the only dramatics in the match for the Eagles (3-6-1, 3-4-0 ASC). Ozarks trailed for all but 49 seconds of the match. Down 1-0, Shaun Keane scored with less than a minute to go to send the match into overtime. Neither team would score in the first overtime, but Aldaba scored after about a minute of play to end the match.

LeTourneau (2-9-0, 1-5-0 ASC) nearly went ahead on a Hunter Hembrough shot in the 8th minute, but Ozarks goalkeeper Matt Mouer made a leaping save to keep the match scoreless. LeTourneau did net a goal in the 65th minute on a header by Danny Canaviri. Ozarks opened the second half on the attack and had a pair of opportunities to score in the 48th minute. Travis Leach was able to bust through the LeTourneau defense and hit one off the post. Dylan Amacher then rebounded the ball and hit one off the bar. Late in the match, Matt Weaver hit another off the post. Keane would eventually score the equalizer after escaping a number of LeTourneau defenders for an open shot. Aldaba did the same to net his first game-winner of the season.

Mouer had five saves for Ozarks. Aldaba, Josh Duncan and Dagin Douglas recorded assists.
