Clarksville, Ark.-Julie Richardson was named to the American Southwest Conference All-East Division Women's Tennis First Team, announced by the league office Tuesday afternoon.
Richardson, a senior from Lindale, Texas, received the award after finishing the 2003 season with a 7-5 record as the team’s number one single player and a 4-2 record in doubles play while leading the Lady Eagles to the school’s first appearance in the ASC Championships. This marks the fourth consecutive season Richardson has been named to the all-conference team. Richardson is a four-time team most valuable player and is a three-time ASC All-Academic selection. She is a graduate of Lindale High School.
