The Department of Education announced a further delay to release batches of FAFSA information (ISIRs) to schools until the first half of March.
Despite this, Ozarks is aiming to roll out financial aid packages within two weeks of receiving FAFSA information.

Clarksville, Ark.-East Texas Baptist extended a narrow 1-0 halftime lead into a 2-0 win over the Lady Eagles in American Southwest Conference play Saturday.

The Lady Tigers (5-6-1, 5-3-1 ASC) took seven shots in the first half, one of which found the back of the net in the 32nd minute. East Texas Baptist scored again in the 53rd minute to build their lead to 2-0. Ozarks (0-13-1, 0-8-1 ASC) challenged the Lady Tiger defensive line in the 64th minute when Kristi Gordon and Kaitlyn Williams forced goalkeeper Andrea Aldrich to come of out the box on a breakaway. Gordon again attacked the defense in the 81st minute, but went wide on her shot. East Texas Baptist threatened to score several times in the second half behind a 7-0 corner kick advantage.

Gordon had two shots. Ozarks goalkeeper Morgan O’Neil had six saves.

Ozarks will travel to Texas-Tyler October 21 and Concordia University Texas October 23.
