ETBU Hands Ozarks 80-75 Setback

Longview, Texas -- The Eagles fell 80-75 to East Texas Baptist University in American Southwest Conference action in Marshall, Texas, Thursday night.

Ozarks (8-13, 5-5) held the lead for most of the second half and took a 37-26 advantage into the locker room at halftime. The Tigers (11-11, 6-5) stormed back in the second half, outscoring Ozarks 54-38 in the final twenty minutes of action. High-scoring Tiger guard Cedric Isom had 22 points in the second half. Four players scored in double figures against the Tigers. Jacob Sibley led the way with 14 points, canning 4-of-5 from the three-point line. Josh Joyner had 12 points, Reggie Brasfield scored 11 points and Tyler Field added 10 points. Joyner led with 8 rebounds.
