Clarksville, Ark.-The Eagles (1-2) rallied for two second half goals to upend Hendrix College on September 4.
Sophomore Daniel Faires scored the game’s first goal with 33:35 left in the match. Faires’ header was assisted by freshman Malcolm Williams. Senior Aaron Coats put a bullet past the keeper with just under fifteen minutes to play to give the Eagles a 2-0 lead. Senior Zack Boatwright recorded the assist. Sophomore goalkeeper Chris Schultz started the game and played all ninety minutes. Schultz recorded four saves. The Eagles next match will be on September 10 against Bacone College in Muskogee.
