Eagles Dominate Ouachita Baptist

Clarksville, Ark.-- The Eagles (2-3-0, 0-0-0) shutout Ouachita Baptist (0-5-0) 4-0 on Setember 11 in Arkadelphia.

Ozarks went up 1-0 on a Justin Goodman goal in the 9th minute on a pass from Will Brahic. Goodman’s goal was the only score of the first half. Ozarks opened up the match in the second half when they scored three goals. Jared Gordon gave Ozarks their first goal of the half when he nailed his third goal of the season in the 50th minute. Ron Hogsett received the assist. Hogsett then scored twice to give the Eagles their 3rd and 4th goals. Hogsett’s first goal came in the 75th minute on a penalty kick. He would then add the games’ final goal in the 88th minute on a pass from Jason Caskey. Goalkeeper Chris Schultz recorded his 26th career shutout and tallied 6 saves in the match.
