Birmingham, Ala.-The Eagles responded from a disappointing loss Friday by having all 13 players score to blowout Berry College 100-41 Saturday in the Birmingham-Southern Black Tie Tournament.

Ozarks (2-1) had four players reach double figures, with Ronnie Dodd leading the way with 17 points. Berry (0-2) couldn’t slow down Dodd, who opened the game with a dunk and scored the first nine points for the Eagles. Berry took a brief lead at the 10:49 mark of the first half, but it was all Ozarks after that. Jermery Victor buried a three-pointer on Ozarks next possession to help the Eagles out score Berry 23-6 in the final ten minutes of the half.

Ozarks shot 20-of-29 (69%) from the floor in the second half, while Berry hit just seven field goals. Tyler Martin scored all 13 of his points in the second half and nailed three three-pointers. Deon Pleasant also had all of his 11 points in the second half. A Colby Woolverton three-pointer ballooned Ozarks lead to 66-30 with 10:18 remaining. The Eagles out scored Berry 62-19 in the second half.

Woolverton followed Dodd and Martin with 12 points.

Ozarks will begin conference play against Sul Ross State November 26 in Alpine, Texas.
