The Department of Education announced a further delay to release batches of FAFSA information (ISIRs) to schools until the first half of March.

Cross Country Team Opens Season At University of Dallas Invitational

Irving, Texas- The men's and women's cross country teams opened the 2012 season at the University of Dallas Invitational Saturday in Irving, Texas.

The men finished seventh overall in the 8K race. Matt Friant was the top finisher for Ozarks as he placed seventh with a time of 29:42.20. Calvin Jones followed with a time of 34:07.04 for a 33rd place finish. Bryant Ford (36:38.48), Nick Brill (37:04.76), Max Hilgendorf (40:34.26), William Mecham (41:55.51), Robert Elder (42:40.89), Chase Karnstadt (49:49.46) and Will Holifield (49:49.47) rounded out the finishers for the Eagles.

The women finished sixth overall in the 6K race. Jordyn Ferrell was the top finisher for Ozarks running a time of 35:12.03 for a 39th place finish. Kara Willbanks (39:02.08), Elly Eibes (43:13.14), Cindy Henriquez (44:37.04) and Shelby Baker (48:05.15) rounded out the Ozarks women.

Ozarks will travel to Little Rock for the UA-Little Rock Invitational September 7.
