The University of the Ozarks Chamber Singers will present their 2014 Spring Concert at 7 p.m., Thursday, April 24, in Raymond Munger Chapel.
The Spring Concert, which is free and open to the public, is under the direction of Walton Professor of Music and University Organist Dr. Sharon Gorman.
The concert is a compilation of the singers’ favorite music from the year and includes works by Frank Wildhorn, Enya, Nicholas Hooper, Eric Whitacre, Palestrina, Craig Courtney, Dan Forrest and others. The program is divided into three parts: Music of Light and Dark/Birth and Death, Music of Faith and Commitment, and Music of Blessing and Farewell.
The Chamber Singers include, Anna Dean, Tess Mesplay, Mollie Palmer, Kimberly Peters, Aubrey Siess, Jennifer Scott, Lyndsey Acton, Meredith Childre, Amelia Huddleston, Mikaela Regester, Kristen Swafford, Christopher Jones, Tyler Mosby, Zackary Payne, Clayton Rodgers, Nicholas Conrad, Aaron England, Colton Qualls, Samuel Sjovall and Fernando Valenzuela.
