Clarksville, Ark.- University of the Ozarks junior Brittany Hein was named the American Southwest Conference East Division Women's Tennis Player of the Week, it was announced Wednesday by ASC Media Relations Greg Weghorst.
Hein, a native of Grand Prairie, Texas, went 3-0 in No. 4 singles and 4-0 in No. 2 doubles with teammate Olivia Fisher. Two of Hein’s victories came against East Division opponents Texas-Dallas and Louisiana College. She dropped just one set on the week. Hein improved her season record to 7-6 overall and finishes the year with a 3-2 mark in conference matches.
