Clarksville, Ark.-The Eagles face perhaps their biggest test of the season this Sunday as they host American Southwest Conference opponent University of Texas-Dallas at Hurie Field.

The Eagles (5-2-0) await a UTD (4-2-0) squad that has been impressive in the early going. Their only two loses have came from Trinity University (TX) and NCAA I Southern Methodist University. "They have done well in the past and they have had some good results this year," said head coach Dave De Hart. "They are very capable of scoring a lot of goals. I think they will be our strongest opponent to date." The Eagles have put up impressive numbers in their last five victories, having outscored their opponents 15-0, and defeating Austin College 2-0 last week. The Eagles currently rank second in the conference in assists (15), third in shots (122), and fourth in goals (16) and points (47). "I sure can’t complain about the work rate and effort that the guys give. The attitude has also been good." The Eagles will travel to Pineville, Louisiana, to take on Louisiana College on October 3.
