Barrett is the voice of the Arkansas Razorbacks and a native of Clarksville. The event will also feature the head high school football coaches in Johnson County: Eli Cranor of Clarksville, Josh Jones of Lamar and Jeff Stewart of Westside.

Barrett will talk about the upcoming Razorback season and the high school coaches will discuss their teams and upcoming seasons.

Donations for the Johnson County Single Parent Scholarship Fund (JCSPSF) will be accepted. One hundred percent of the donations go toward college scholarships for single parents in Johnson County.

"We believe this is not only a great way to raise awareness about this wonderful effort to provide college scholarship for single parents, but also a great way to kick-off the football season," said Leo Cantu, president of the JCSPS board of directors. "These college scholarships can truly be life-changing for single parents."

Since 1999, ASPSF has awarded 192 college scholarships worth more than $97,000 to single parents.
