St. Louis, Mo.-The 2011 USTA/ITA regional championships were held September 23-26 at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Jason Morgan and Bishop Bass earned an 8-4 main draw doubles victory against Richie Karban and John Rissel of Ohio Wesleyan. The Eagles duo lost in the next round to a doubles team from Denison, who ended up winning this doubles backdraw.
The two other wins occurred in singles backdraw.
Scott Eibes picked up a singles victory of 6-0, 6-0 against Alex King from Monmouth. Eibes went on to play Marten Vonk from Augustana and lost. Todd Turner picked up a singles victory against a player from North Central. Turner won the first set 7-5, 6-3 before dropping the next one 6-0, 6-1.
