Clinton, Miss.-Mississippi College scored a 8-0 shutout over the Eagles in American Southwest Conference baseball play Friday night.
Ozarks (16-22, 3-13 ASC) kept the Choctaws (16-20, 6-10 ASC) off the board until the fourth inning as Mississippi College scored twice. The Choctaws followed that up with a run in the sixth and four more in the seventh to hold a 7-0 advantage. Ozarks scattered nine hits throughout the contest, but was unable to generate a run. Tony Morales finished 3-for-4. Jeffrey Works (1-6) took the loss.
Ozarks will conclude its season tomorrow with a double-header starting at 12:00 p.m.
