Eagles Win “Senior Day” game

Clarksville, Ark.-The Eagles also recorded a win over UTD, 78-67, in Saturday's game.

The Eagles improved to 15-7 and 10-6 in the ASC. It was a sweet victory for Johnny Johnson’s five seniors who played their final game in Clarksville. Seniors Travis Acord, Ryan Koerdt, Ryan Marshall, Donald Williams and Michael Young were honored before tip-off for their accomplishments as Eagles. “This was a great way for the seniors to end their careers,” said Johnson. “It’s been a privilege to coach and become friends with each of these players.” Acord finished the game in typical fashion scoring 17 points while Keordt had 13 points. Brent Johnson had 5 points on 5 of 6 shooting from the free throw line. Johnson also had 2 rebounds U of O will continue conference play on Feb. 15 against East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, Texas.
