Commencement is the pinnacle of academic success — representing years of hard work, dedication and commitment.
The University will celebrate its Spring 2025 graduates with a Commencement ceremony on May 17, 2025, on the Campus Mall.
The Commencement ceremony will be livestreamed on KUOZ’s YouTube Channel so that family and friends who cannot attend will be able to view the ceremony. This link will be shared via university social media once it becomes available the morning of the ceremony.
Important Dates for Spring 2025 Commencement:
| February 27, 2025 | Deadline to order caps, gowns, and stoles. Order link will be emailed to graduating seniors. |
| March 31, 2025 | Deadline to order senior bricks (Email Pat Cogan). Orders must be placed by 5 p.m. on March 31. |
| May 1, 2025 | Caps, gowns, and stoles may be picked up starting this date at the Bookstore |
| May 5, 2025 | Deadline to RSVP for Senior Dinner and Brick Ceremony by 5 p.m. (Email Pat Cogan) |
| May 15, 2025 | Deadline to pick up caps, gowns, and stoles from the Bookstore 3 p.m. — Graduation rehearsal in Mabee Gymnasium (Graduates are strongly encouraged to attend.) 6 p.m. — Cocktail Hour at Rogers Conference Center (Graduates, Faculty, and Staff only) 7 p.m. — Senior Dinner at Rogers Conference Center (Graduates, Faculty, and Staff only) |
| May 16, 2025 | 4 p.m. — Baccalaureate in Munger-Wilson Chapel (Graduates, Family and Friends) 5:30 p.m. — Brick Ceremony on Campus Mall (Graduates, Family and Friends) Deadline to complete First Destination Survey with Career Services |
