Clarksville, Ark.- East Texas Baptist University's Rebecca Davis scored the game-winning goal in the 48th minute to push the Lady Tigers to a 1-0 victory over Ozarks Friday in American Southwest Conference play.
After a scoreless first half, Davis connected on a shot early in the second half to help ETBU (8-5-0, 7-2-0) go ahead 1-0. That would be all the Lady Tigers would need as Ozarks (4-12-0, 3-7-0) couldn’t net the equalizer.
Ozarks will continue ASC play when it plays LeTourneau University this Saturday.
