Women’s Tennis Team Nest Two Straight Win

Clarksville, Ark.-The women's tennis team won its second straight match after netting a 5-4 win over Centenary College Thursday in Shreveport, Louisiana.

In singles play, Whitney Lewis picked up a 4-6, 6-0, 6-1 win, Mollie Wilkinson won 4-6, 6-3, 6-2 and Kalli Simpson gained a 6-1, 6-0 victory. In doubles play, Stephanie Cloud and Tara Richards won 8-5 and Wilkinson and Simpson were victorious 8-2. The Lady Eagles improve to 3-4 overall while Centenary falls to 4-3.

Ozarks will travel to Pineville, Louisiana to face Louisiana College March 1 and then to Clinton, Mississippi to face Mississippi College March 2.
