Rebecca Willems ’20 (pictured, left) has been promoted to associate director of admission and Morgan Douglas ’23 (right) has been hired as an admission counselor, University of the Ozarks officials announced this week.
From Subiaco, Ark., Willems graduated with a business administration degree from Ozarks and joined the Office of Admission in June of 2020. She worked in the Admission Office throughout her time as a student at Ozarks as both a student-worker and as a student ambassador.
“I am over the top excited to continue to grow in an environment that has supported me as a student and even more professionally,” Willems said. “Ozarks is my home and I’m happy that I can continue to help make Ozarks a home for students and parents.”
A native of Clarksville, Douglas graduated in May with a degree in health science. She was a member of the women’s basketball team, served as a student ambassador and worked in the Admission Office for two years.
“I am beyond excited and extremely blessed with the opportunity to serve the University that helped me find my voice,” Douglas said. “I’m so happy that I will be able to work alongside a team that has already helped me grow immensely. This University has blessed me with many opportunities. I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with prospective students.”
